This NovoConnect web application (“Application”) is provided to you by Saarathi Healthcare Private Limited (“Saarathi”) and Novo Nordisk India Private Limited (“Novo Nordisk”) subject to the following terms and condition of use. By accepting these terms and conditions on the App, you are agreeing to what is outlined in this document. Please read carefully.
Conditions of use
This App is intended for use solely by Healthcare Professional (HCP) to recommend people with diabetes (PwD) who reside in India, for sampling program for certain Novo Nordisk products and raise a request for product sample. The scope of the sampling program may change to include patients prescribed with other Novo Nordisk products.
You must be 18 years of age or older to accept these terms and conditions and use the App.
Copyright and Licenses
All content and software used within the App are owned by Novo Nordisk, Saarathi or a third party. All content and software is protected by copyright.
Information purposes
The App provides selected information on diabetes as a disease and its management. Such Information is not intended should it be used as medical advice. Such information is not a substitute for the advice of a healthcare professional. If you have, or suspect having, any health problems, you should consult your HCP.

The information on this App is provided ‘as is’ and Saarathi and Novo Nordisk makes no representations or warranties, expressed or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. Saarathi and Novo Nordisk makes no representations or warranties of any kind as to the completeness, accuracy, timeliness, availability, functionality and compliance with applicable laws. By using this App you accept the risk that the information may be incomplete or inaccurate or may not meet your needs or requirements.

Rest assured that any personal data collected by Saarathi for the purpose of this sampling program, is required by law to be protect. We will keep your personal data for the period of time relevant to meet the purpose of processing but not longer than 6 years from the end of the sampling Program unless required to be retained for a longer period of time to comply with applicable law. Your personal data will be deleted it thereafter.
GENERAL RIGHTS
You have the right to information, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, objection to processing and data transferability. Insofar as processing is based on your consent, you have the right to withdraw this from us with effect for the future.
